FREIGHT AND SHIPPING
All shipping is F.O.B., Strongsville, Ohio. All shipments are by UPS ground. If you desire special handling such as,
UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Blue or 3 Day Select please specify with your order. There will be an additional charge for
Drop Shipments. The cutoff for processing Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select is 2:00 p.m. EST (11:00 a.m. PST).

DISCLAIMER
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no case shall Custom Speed Parts Mfg., Inc. be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage (including without limitation loss of profits, loss of revenue, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, downtime, claims of third parties and injury to person or property) arising by law or otherwise or whether or not occasioned by seller’s negligence. This warranty shall not be extended, altered or varied except by written instrument signed by seller and buyer.

Rebuild
Our customer service includes inspection and replacement of components. Rebuilds include new trunions, bearings, snap rings, pins and rollers. Rebuilds are at our discretion.

When returning rockers for inspection include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone # and explanation of return.

WARRANTY
All Harland Sharp rocker arms carry a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects. If any machine work is done to alter our product from its original manufactured state all guarantees against defects and materials will be void.
